A Rock & Roll Spiritual Teacher Who Coaches Self Love & Confidence

I’m Darby Christian and I’m not afraid to be loud or cause a scene. I wasn’t always this way though. I lived inside a prison of other people’s perceptions for most of my life. I was so worried about what everyone else wanted that I never even considered what was right for me, and it prevented me from enjoying MY LIFE! I was despondent, feeling unhealthy, and felt like everyone was out to get me! 

I knew there had to be MORE for my life. I knew that I wanted to break free. I began to focus on myself. I got real about the blocks that were holding me back and I discovered that I was lacking self-love. I was my worst enemy.  The lack that I felt was causing chaos in every other part of my life! Relationships, work, even social outings, nothing felt fulfilling! 

I started practicing mindfulness, connecting with my Spiritual self and letting myself be led into love! As I poured into myself I found a wealth of JOY! I started seeing the world completely differently! Opportunity around every corner, my dreams, simply goals that I had to break down to achieve! As I re-worked how I saw myself, everything changed! I developed grit, strength, integrity and courage that gave me the power to make changes in my life! Changes that led to a healthier body, new social connections, building a business and personal fulfillment! 

I found my passion for dressing  up in my power icon, the GLAMAZON, a magical space Valkyrie, I created as my alter ego and seat of strength! I started pursuing activities I enjoyed for myself with the mindset of the Glamazon;  most exclusively attending rock concerts and creating cosplay fashion inspired by music. Why? That is what the little me enjoys! Dancing and theatrical moments! Giving her what she craved led her to feel SEEN! In showing up for myself, my dreams, my self worth flourished! The Glamazon in me is determined, victorious and the creator of her own destiny, and she loves a rocking bop! She is also the protector and guardian of my peace, by knowing the strength within me, nothing seems unattainable anymore! 

As I walked further in my expansion, authenticity and power, I found purpose. Connecting with other souls who, like I used to be, felt stuck, alone or left behind. By becoming the Glamazon inside of myself I summoned strength, perseverance and tenacity! Being her and loving myself fiercely led me to find more capacity to love others on my journey! It has led me to an expansion of my business, soul-led connections, and spiritually rewarding work helping others remove and shed the old programs of their minds that have hindered their life success! 

I found my purpose in connection.  I found my strength and my voice in my rebellious nature. I found self-love in allowing myself to exist freely. 

Now I dance through my days with a level of confidence the old me never could have imagined…even when I’m facing my fears. I know my purpose, my voice, how much love I hold and I want the same thing for you.
